7 Easy Ways to Make Money on the Internet for Free
Making money online is easy if you have a plan. You don't need a website or a list. All you have to do is choose how you want to make money, pick a topic, and then start creating your products and/or services or choose your affiliate products.Although there are many ways to make money online, here are seven strategies I use that are easy and effective. These techniques often overlap, and you may often use them for both marketing someone else's products or your own.
1. Squidoo
This is the brain child of entrepreneur Seth Godin. What this site does is it allows you to create one page mini sites on specific topics or products. You may promote your own products or someone else's.
Selling your stuff is encouraged here, and there are tons of modules you may use to monetize your lenses. If you want to make a lot of money with Squidoo, then the way to do it is to make lots of lenses on topics you are interested in.
2. Bum Marketing
Although bum marketing originated as a way to promote affiliate programs, you may also use it to promote your own products and/or services.
The way to do this is to write articles. You submit your articles to article directories. By writing and submitting as many articles as possible related to the products you are promoting, you may drive a lot of traffic to these sites and make a lot of sales. The best part is that once you write the articles and submit them, your articles are out there driving traffic for you 24/7. This allows you to make sales on autopilot.
3. Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing is when you sell others' products and/or services. You get paid a commission when visitors complete an offer or purchase something.
There are millions of programs available on the internet you may make money from. You may build content rich websites, squeeze pages, or just market without a website. Affiliate programs may be marketed in much the same way as if you were marketing your own products: search engine optimization, article writing, forums, free classifieds, etc.
4. Give Away Free Ebooks
Free ebooks may be used to either promote your own programs or someone else's. You may write your own free reports or use the ones that are offered through the affiliate programs. Regardless of which you choose, the secret here is to give your reports away to as many people as possible.
5. Write Short Reports
Creating your own products is probably the most effective way to make money online because you are offering something that is unique. It's also the hardest way to get started unless you already have some form of expertise.
If you are new to internet marketing and online business, it's probably a pretty good idea to start by marketing affiliate programs. Once you get good at it, you may develop your own products.
6. Write for Money
Billions of dollars are made online every year from writing. The reason is that websites need content.
There are tons of different content you may write from articles to blog posts, sales letters, and just about any other type of search engine optimized content or promotional content.
If writing isn't your thing, what other skills do you have? You may have a skill you can sell online.
7. Give Away Your Products For Free
This is a variation of marketing affiliate programs that are pay per lead/cost per action. You aren't really selling anything to your potential visitors. What you are doing is driving leads to other companies using your products as a premium. This may be done through a site called Trial Pay.
Another way to make money giving away things for free is to look for sites that offer free memberships with upgrades available. You make money on the sale of upgrades.
